The Shamrock Club of Columbus recently named Ed Kelly Irishman of the Year. Congratulations, Ed!
In a rare show of good taste, the webmaster is not going to mock Mr. Kelly here on the website. I do not know him well enough to ascertain whether or not he has a sense of humour, but I am reasonably sure he can take me in a fight. Therefore, I will behave like a perfect gentleman, even though I'm a chick. (Women hate women who refer to themselves as chicks, but I digress....!)
Ed will be honored at Byrne's Pub on Monday, March 10 beginning at 8:00 pm. Live entertainment will be provided by The Hooligans. To attend, you must have a Shamrock Club Parade Button (available at the door for one dollar. And as everyone from Terry Bradshaw to Alf will tell you, you can get a lot for a buck!)
So... skip the 10-10-220 thing and do the 03-10-2003 thing. Hey, Ed would do it for you!
