Write your own "Mad-Lib History" of Byrne's Pub, keeping in mind the following:
  • adjectives describe nouns, adverbs describe verbs
  • plural means more than one
  • the rule is "i before e except after c"
  • and never wear white after labor day

Once upon a time there was a(n) family by the name of Byrne. One day, while their at a local watering hole, they decided to open their very own pub!

Putting together a committee of locals, they decided the first order of business was to think of a name. "I know!" shouted . "Call it The Brazenhead"! "No, no!" shouted . "Nobody would ever go to a bar with a name like that." "Hey" interrupted , his/her on the bar. "No need to hurl insults, okay? Now let's put our together and figure out a name!"

This struggle went on for days. Finally, the matter was decided when Pat made a mistake on the liquor license application, inadvertently writing his last name in the box meant for the business name.

Today, Byrne's is a(n) pub, located in the of Ohio, Grandview. On any given night, over customers can be seen enjoying a pint of or a friendly game of . And on Saturday nights, live bands perform such favorites as "Whiskey in the " or "When Irish are ".
